1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, interacting with, or accessing NyronBot ("the Bot") and its associated web dashboard ("the Dashboard"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

NyronBot is a multi-purpose Discord bot offering the following services:

• Moderation — automated and manual moderation tools including warnings, kicks, bans, custom commands, and logging.
• Economy System — virtual currency with earning mechanics (messages, voice activity), banking, gambling, a server shop with purchasable roles and personal channels, and custom currencies.
• Level System — XP-based leveling with configurable role rewards, text and voice activity tracking, and leaderboards.
• Music Playback — YouTube, Spotify and SoundCloud streaming in voice channels.
• Ticket System — support ticket creation and management with customizable panels.
• Giveaways, Reaction Roles, Verification, and Games — community engagement features.
• Web Dashboard — a browser-based interface for configuring all bot settings per server.

Any of these features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using NyronBot, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
• Use the bot and dashboard responsibly and not for any harmful, illegal, or disruptive activities.
• Not exploit, abuse, or attempt to manipulate any of the bot’s features, including but not limited to the economy system, leveling, giveaways, or shop.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the bot, its database, its API, or the dashboard.
• Not use automated tools, scripts, or self-bots to interact with NyronBot.

Server administrators are responsible for properly configuring the bot and managing its usage within their servers.

4. Virtual Currency and Shop

The economy system, including virtual currencies, balances, and shop items, holds no real-world monetary value. Virtual currency cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove virtual balances at any time. Purchases made with virtual currency (such as roles or personal channels) are non-refundable and may be revoked if terms are violated.

5. Dashboard and Authentication

The web dashboard uses Discord OAuth2 for authentication. By logging in, you authorize NyronBot to access your Discord account information (username, avatar, and server list) solely for dashboard functionality. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

NyronBot collects certain data to operate. This is covered in detail in our Privacy Policy. By using the bot, you consent to the data practices described therein.

7. Limitations and Liability

• NyronBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• The developers are not responsible for any losses, damages, or disruptions caused by using the bot or dashboard.
• We do not guarantee uptime, bug-free operation, or uninterrupted service.
• We are not liable for any actions taken by server administrators using the bot’s moderation or configuration tools.

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to NyronBot for any user or server that violates these terms, abuses the bot’s features, or engages in behavior that disrupts the service for others.

9. Updates to the Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be noted by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of NyronBot after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
